Post-Construction Cleaning
The builders are gone, the dust is not. We clean new builds, remodels and additions top to bottom so you only move in once. Serving Waxahachie, Midlothian, Mansfield and the south DFW area.
From job site to move-in ready
Construction leaves a fine layer of drywall dust on every surface, plus stickers, film, paint specks and grout haze. We work top to bottom, dry before wet, and treat every brand-new surface gently.
- Up high: ceilings, fans, light fixtures, vent covers and the tops of door frames.
- Walls & trim: dust removed, doors, frames and baseboards wiped.
- Kitchen: every cabinet and drawer inside and out, counters, appliances inside and out, film and labels removed.
- Bathrooms: grout haze, caulk smears, shower glass, tubs, vanities and fixtures.
- Windows: stickers and residue removed, glass, sills, window and sliding door tracks.
- Floors: vacuumed thoroughly first, then damp mopped with the right cleaner for each floor.

New builds, remodels and additions
New neighborhoods keep going up around Waxahachie, Midlothian and Red Oak, and every one of those homes needs a real clean before a family moves in. We also clean kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions and rentals renovated between tenants.
Builders and contractors book us to get a home walkthrough-ready, with a rough clean, a final clean and a touch-up timed around the punch list. Post-construction cleaning is cleaning, not hauling, so we ask that heavy debris and leftover materials are cleared first. Want to see everything else we do? Head back to That Cleaning Girl.

Three short steps
Tell us about the project
Fill out the free quote form with the size of the home, what was built or remodeled and when the last trade wraps up. We reply with a price, usually the same day. Bigger jobs may need a quick look first.
Pick the right day
We help you time the clean after the dusty work and before move-in or the walkthrough, and we text when the cleaner is on the way.
Move in once
We clean room by room to a checklist and bring our own supplies. You pay online with a card on file.
Post-construction cleaning questions
What is included in a post-construction clean?
A final post-construction clean goes top to bottom and inside out: ceilings, fans and light fixtures, walls and trim, every cabinet and drawer, windows, sills and tracks, sticker and film removal, careful paint speck removal, appliances inside and out, detailed bathrooms, vent covers and floors vacuumed and damp mopped.
Do you haul away construction debris?
No. We handle dust, residue, small debris and the normal trash from the clean. Lumber, drywall scraps, leftover materials, paint cans and anything that belongs in a construction dumpster should be cleared by the crew before we arrive.
When should I schedule the clean?
After the dusty work is done: sanding, cutting, drilling and paint touch-ups. If trades are coming back for small punch list fixes, a short touch-up clean right before move-in or the walkthrough keeps the house looking fresh.
How do you price a post-construction clean?
Every project is different, so the quote is based on the size of the space, how dusty it is, the number of cabinets and windows, and the detail work involved. Fill out the free quote form and we usually reply the same day. Bigger jobs may need photos or a quick look first.
Do you work with builders and contractors?
Yes. We clean for homeowners and for builders and contractors handing over a finished home or remodel. Let us know the scope, when the last trade is out and the walkthrough date, and we will plan around it.
Do you bring your own supplies?
We do. We bring our own supplies and use surface-safe products on new countertops, floors and fixtures. If your builder or installer recommended a specific product, we are happy to use it.
