Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning
Empty-house cleaning for renters, sellers, buyers and landlords. We clean inside, underneath and behind everything so you can hand over the keys, or move in, without a second thought. Serving Waxahachie, Midlothian, Mansfield and the south DFW area.
Every room, top to bottom, inside and out
An empty home shows everything. The dust line where the couch sat, the grease on the cabinet by the stove, the hard water on the shower glass. Our move-in and move-out cleans follow a room-by-room checklist built for empty houses, so nothing gets skipped at the end of a long moving week.
- Kitchen: counters, backsplash, sink and faucet, stovetop and range hood, appliance fronts, with inside the oven, fridge and cabinets on request.
- Bathrooms: showers, tubs and glass descaled, toilets inside and out, vanities, mirrors, fixtures and floors.
- Bedrooms and living areas: ceiling fans, light fixtures, vents, window sills and tracks, closets, switches and door handles.
- Walls and trim: baseboards, door frames and doors wiped, scuffs spot-cleaned gently.
- Floors: carpets vacuumed edge to edge, hard floors swept and mopped, last of all.
- Extras: interior windows, blinds, walls and doors, the garage or patio. Just ask.

Moving out, moving in or turning over a rental
Renters leaving a lease who want the home ready for the move-out inspection. Sellers who need the house clean for closing day and the buyer's final walkthrough. Buyers and new tenants who want every cabinet wiped before a single dish goes in. Landlords and property managers who need a unit reset between tenants.
New build? Construction dust gets into everything, even inside closed cabinets, and we know how to deal with it. Here in Ellis County and south Tarrant County, we also know the local culprits: hard water spots, cedar and oak pollen and red-clay mud at the back door.

Three short steps
Tell us about the home
Bedrooms, bathrooms, empty or furnished, your move date and any extras like inside the oven. We usually reply with a price the same day.
Pick the day
Choose a day after the movers and before your deadline. Leave a key, lockbox or code and we keep the entry notes on file.
We clean, you move on
You get a text when your cleaner is on the way. We clean to a room-by-room checklist, and you pay online with a card on file.
Move-in and move-out cleaning questions
Does the house need to be empty for a move-out clean?
Empty is best, because we can reach every shelf, wall and inch of floor. If a few pieces of furniture are staying, or the move is happening in stages, just tell us in your quote request and we will plan around it.
Do you clean inside the oven, fridge and cabinets?
Yes. Inside the oven, inside the fridge and inside cabinets are extras we do on request, and most empty-house cleans include them because an empty kitchen shows everything. Mention what you need when you ask for a quote.
Will a move-out clean get my deposit back?
We cannot promise what a landlord decides, and your lease is the rulebook. What we can do is clean the home top to bottom to a room-by-room checklist, including the spots inspections usually check, so it is ready for the walkthrough.
When should I schedule the clean?
After the movers have left and before your lease ends or before closing. A buffer day is ideal. Keep the water, power and A/C on until we are finished.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many move-out cleans happen after the family has already gone. Leave a key, lockbox or door code and we keep the entry notes on file. You get a text when your cleaner is on the way.
How do I get a price?
Fill out the free quote form with your bedrooms, bathrooms and what you need. We usually reply with a price the same day. Bigger jobs may need a quick look first.
