Small Office Cleaning Services
After-hours cleaning for small offices, studios, salons and churches: restrooms scrubbed, break rooms wiped down, desks dusted, floors done and trash out. Serving Waxahachie, Midlothian, Mansfield and the south DFW area.
Everything Monday morning notices
We clean small offices to a room-by-room checklist, so the same things get done every visit. You tell us what matters most, and it goes at the top of the list.
- Restrooms: toilets, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, touch points and floors, with paper and soap refilled from your stock.
- Break room: counters, sink, coffee station, microwave inside and out, outside of the fridge, table and floor.
- Desks & shared surfaces: cleared desks dusted and wiped, plus door handles, light switches, copier buttons and conference tables.
- Floors: carpet vacuumed, hard floors swept and mopped, entry mats cleaned — red clay and all.
- Trash & recycling: every can emptied, liners replaced, recycling into your bins.
- Front area: door glass, reception counter and waiting chairs, because that's where clients look first.
- Extras on rotation: interior windows, baseboards, blinds, inside the fridge, cabinets, walls and doors.

Small spaces, not giant contracts
Insurance agencies on the square, real estate and title offices, small medical and dental front offices, salons and barbershops, church offices and fellowship halls, dance and yoga studios. If you have a handful of people, a restroom or two and a break room nobody wants to own, we're a good fit.
Most clients pick a regular after-hours slot, weekly or every two weeks, and keep the same day and time with the same cleaner whenever possible. Keys, lockbox or door codes, alarm instructions and off-limits rooms all live in your entry notes, so every visit follows the same plan.

Office cleaning questions
Do you clean big commercial buildings?
Our office cleaning is built for small spaces: a few desks, one or two restrooms, a break room and a front area clients walk into. Think insurance and real estate offices, small medical and dental front offices, salons, church offices and studios.
Can you clean after we close?
Yes. Most of our office clients want cleaning after hours so nobody is working around a vacuum. You give us a key, lockbox or door code (plus an alarm code if you have one), we keep it in your entry notes, and you get a text when your cleaner is on the way.
How often should our office be cleaned?
Most offices with walk-in clients or a busy break room do best weekly. Small, quiet teams often do fine every two weeks, and very low-traffic spaces can go every three weeks or monthly. We can help you pick, and you can change it later.
Do you bring your own supplies?
We bring our own supplies and equipment, and we are happy to use your preferred products. Restroom paper, soap and trash liners usually come from your stock so they fit your dispensers.
How does billing work?
You pay online with a card on file. Regular office clients can get one statement a month that lists every visit and any extras, which makes life easier for whoever does your books.
How do I get a price?
Fill out the free quote form with the size of your space, how many restrooms, your floors, how often you want cleaning and when. We reply with a price, usually the same day. Bigger or unusual spaces may need a quick look first.
