A standard apartment clean, room by room

A regular apartment clean focuses on the surfaces and spaces you use every day. With us, that is done to a room-by-room checklist so nothing gets skipped.

• Kitchen: counters and backsplash wiped, stovetop cleaned, outside of appliances wiped, microwave cleaned, sink and faucet scrubbed, cabinet fronts spot cleaned, trash emptied, floors vacuumed and mopped.
• Bathroom: toilet cleaned inside and out, tub and shower scrubbed, sink, counter and mirror cleaned, fixtures shined, trash emptied, floor mopped.
• Bedrooms: surfaces dusted, beds made, floors vacuumed or mopped.
• Living areas: dusting of shelves, tables and decor, furniture straightened, floors vacuumed and mopped.
• Throughout: light switches and door handles wiped, cobwebs removed, trash taken out.

Extras you can add

Some jobs take more time and are not part of a regular clean, so they are added on request. With us, the extras include:

• Inside the oven.
• Inside the fridge.
• Interior windows.
• Baseboards.
• Inside cabinets.
• Blinds.
• Laundry and changing linens.
• Dishes.
• Walls and doors.

Different types of apartment cleans

Not every visit is the same. Depending on what you need, you might book:

• A standard clean for everyday upkeep.
• A deep clean for the first visit, or when the apartment needs extra attention to buildup and detail.
• A move-in or move-out clean for an empty apartment.
• Recurring service weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks or monthly.

The first visit

The first clean is often the most detailed. If the apartment has not had a thorough clean in a while, there may be soap scum in the shower, grease on the stove hood or dust on the ceiling fan that takes extra time. Some people book a deep clean for the first visit and then switch to regular service. Others start with a standard clean and add a few extras. Either way works, and we are happy to talk through which makes sense when we send your quote.

After that first visit, regular cleans are about keeping things at that level. That is where the routine really pays off.

Supplies and products

We bring our own cleaning supplies, so you do not have to stock up or set anything out. If you prefer certain products, like a cleaner you love or something gentler for a family member with sensitivities, let us know and we can use yours. Leave them in one spot, like under the kitchen sink, and add a note to your file so we know to grab them every time.

How booking works

Getting started is simple:

• Fill out the free quote form with your bedrooms, bathrooms and what you need.
• We reply with a price, usually the same day. Bigger jobs may need a quick look first.
• Pick a day for a one-time clean or a regular slot.
• Share your entry notes, like a door code, lockbox, gate code, pets or rooms to skip. We keep them on file.

On cleaning day

You will get a text when your cleaner is on the way, so you are never left wondering. We clean to the checklist, room by room. You can be home or not, whichever you prefer. When the clean is done, you pay online with the card on file. Recurring clients keep the same day and time, and the same cleaner whenever possible, so you get someone who knows your apartment and how you like things done.

What a cleaning service usually does not do

Cleaning services clean. They usually do not do repairs, move heavy furniture, handle biohazards, or do jobs that need a ladder for very high spaces. If you have something unusual in mind, just ask when you request your quote and we will let you know.
